Why is our customer agreement necessary?  

At J. Renee' Color Studio, we strive to give the best service to each client that comes through our door.  Our primary goal is always to make you look and feel beautiful.  We offer a complete consultation prior to beginning any service.  Following that, our stylists take every step necessary to ensure the best possible results.  

While we are confident in our knowledge and experience, sometimes the unexpected can happen.  It is impossible for us to ask questions regarding every circumstance that could result in an unwanted outcome.  Please inform your stylist if you have well-water, have been swimming (or your hair has been exposed to chlorine), used any type of natural hair color (especially henna), have recently begun a new medication or diet, or anything else that, to your knowledge, might possibly affect the outcome of your services.

Hair color and hair lighteners, along with other chemicals that we may use on your hair, can react with any other type of chemical or metal agent that may be present in your hair.  If in doubt, please mention it!  While we adhere to strict guidelines with regard to color, lighteners, and chemicals, we cannot foresee every possible outcome.  If you are not forthcoming about what may be on your hair, it is possible you could experience hair breakage, chemical burns, undesired color results, etc.

Lastly, our customer agreement is to prevent J. Renee' from falling victim to the unfortunate reality that some individuals have malicious intent following a service that they were not satisfied with, despite any and all efforts by our staff to ensure client satisfaction.  We sincerely appreciate your business.  

To reiterate, our primary goal is client happiness and satisfaction.  Our stylists have been added to the J. Renee' team based on their experience and knowledge in the field of cosmetology.  We encourage you to communicate with your stylist prior to your service regarding your expectations so that he/she can adequately meet them or explain the reality of what he/she can do for you.  We do not give refunds.  

 

J. Renee' Color Studio, LLC Customer Agreement

I release and hold J. Renee' Color Studio, LLC, its employees, its agents, and any independent contractors working in affiliation with J. Renee' Color Studio, LLC harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) that I might incur as a result of the physical or chemical alteration through permanent chemical processing of my hair, modification due to other chemical treatments, or physical modifications to strands of hair.  I understand that additional services or treatments may be recommended and/or necessary for my hair maintenance and that permanent damage to my hair is possible due to application of chemical treatments and/or not following stylist recommendations.
